Position: Contract to Hire (first 3-6 months you need to work with Future globe payrolls , ofter that you can direct payroll for HG(Hallmark))

Job Description: Design, develop, lead software and systems to implement solutions. Drive software teams with
technical direction for the projects assigned in .NET technology.
Technical Skills:
* 8+ years of min work experience to max of 12 years
* Strong analytical and problem†solving skills
* Good grasp of Architecture Process, Modelling tools (using UML or other standards), Design Patterns,
Re†factoring and unit testing, Regressions, Code versioning mechanisms.
* Exemplary general IT knowledge (applications development, testing, deployment, operations,
documentation, †standards, best practices, security, hardware, networking, OS, DBMS, middleware, etc.)
* Should always be updated with latest trends and technology and able to adopt them as per the
requirements.
* Participated in the design of applications of medium to large size
* Sound knowledge of deployment architectures with horizontal and vertical scaling alternatives at Web,
Application, Client and Database layers.
* Delivered rich and/or web client applications in a high†availability, clustered environment
* Good understanding of SOA, Web Services
* Experience in SDLC/Agile Methodology.
* 2 to 3 years of experience as Technical Architect and must be part of 4†6 or more LIVE projects since
Inception†to†delivery.
* At least 2†3 bigger projects architecting experience from inception†to†delivery of .NET projects.
* Experience in estimating and measuring project velocity
* Written, verbal, and diagrammatic communication skills
.Net:
* Strong Programming skills in C# and .NET programming languages; OOPs
* Strong database skills preferably in MS SQL 2008
* Should have work experience in .NET related technology (.NET Framework, ASP.Net, Interop, WPF,
Silverlight, Web Services, WCF)
* Experience in IIS, AJAX, XML
* Strong experience on LINQ Queries; system design; hosting techniques, performance issues
troubleshooting & techniques; troubleshooting/plans to overcome concurrency issues
* Experience on SSRS or any other reporting tool
Added advantage:
* Hands†on Entity Framework (added advantage)
* Financial Services Domain (added advantage)
* Experience with Silverlight, 3rd party payment gateways etc
* Experience / Knowledge in Microsoft Tools for .NET Performance Tuning †CLR Profiler/ Application Center
Test Knowledge in Web Services Knowledge in charting and Reporting Tools †Crystal Report etc.
Responsibilities:
* Individual contributor, NO project or people management role
* Emphasis on high level design/architecture/standards but hands on in coding as well
* Able to drive technical direction for the projects assigned in .NET technology independently
* Responsible for the architectural road map for .Net applications for the department
* Review requirements and help in estimating project timelines
Job Description for Software Engineer - In House development
* Participate in design review and sets direction for software development
* Provide technical guidance for overall project design and architecture by working closely with both the
project manager and other technical resources on the team
* Help other developers on the team by reviewing and recommending more suitable design and
approaches where applicable.
* Helps the team resolve simple to complex technical problems
* Ensure proper source control tool usage for all code modifications. Should be able configure/administer
them; Hands on knowledge / experience in VSTS/TFS.
* Conduct code review and ensure proper coding standards and guidelines are applied
* Ensure code re†use wherever applicable
* Gain technical depth and breadth in technology areas that are relevant to the application development
team
* Bring new product/technology ideas, work on POC
* Coach or Mentor Tech leads, senior team members
