Our client is leading technology, engineering, construction and manufacturing company. It is one of the largest and most respected companies in India's private sector. Our client is currently looking for Static/Rotary Design professionals having experience anywhere between 5 to 20 yrs. Currently they have positions across level.

Position details:

Static Equipment Engineer

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor"s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Required Experience: 5+ yrs

Responsibility:

Design & engineering of static equipment like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Towers, Tanks etc., in compliance with international codes and standards, project
specifications, & general specifications prevalent in Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Chemicals & other associated industries.
Perform and check design calculations and drawings, prepare equipment datasheets, requisitions, carry out technical bid evaluations and review vendor documents.
Skills required:

Good knowledge of major industry Codes and Standards (e.g., ASME, API, PD etc.) applicable to Pressure Equipment
Familiarity with software for design and stress calculations. (PV Elite, Compress, etc.)
Strong interpersonal skills & communication skills required to work in an international and multicultural project execution environment.

Location : Gujarat

Experience : Minimum of 7-12 yrs.

Role :

PIPING DESIGN :
- Extensive experience in Piping Design activities such as preparation of plot plans, equipment layouts, piping layouts, piping general arrangements, isometrics, MTO, piping datasheets and specs, pipe supports, etc.

- Should be conversant with 3D platforms such as PDS or PDMS and should have good knowledge on various statutory codes.


PIPING STRESS :
- Extensive experience on pipe stress analysis using Caesar-II with thorough knowledge of relevant codes.
- Should be familiar with piping layout and design concepts and good knowledge of supporting and nozzle flexibilities.
