Salary Range:- • A Lump sum monthly take home salary between KD 700 To KD 1400/- (Kuwaiti Dinar)
• 2 Airfare tickets in a Year.
• Annual leave of 30 calendar days (Excluding Public Holidays which comes in between)
• 48 hours/week contractually. (40hrs actual work hours but in case of extra work, you must come on Saturdays and work without OT)
• KPC Workmen’s Compensation Group Insurance
• Single status ONLY (All employees are on single status irrespective of their marital status) – But can bring your family once your residence is stamped.
• No extra provision of Hospital facilities, schooling, housing and transportation.
• OT- 125 % of hourly rate if it is above 48 hours in a week
• 150% of hourly rate if it is on Friday
• 200% of hourly rate if it is on holiday
