A new plant for fasteners focusing on bolts, screws, nuts and threaded bars has been commissioned. The capacity for fasteners is now 800mtpa and there are plans underway to triple the capacity.

CTC Band : 6 to 10 Lacs PA
Role : To handle the complete tooling design of Bolts & Nuts
Experience : Should have experience in tooling design of Bolts / Nuts

Designation : Civil Head – Projects
Unit : SRM Projects
Qualification : B.E. Civil
Experience : 15 – 20 yrs
CTC Band : 12 to 15 Lacs PA
Role : To head the entire civil functions of the new SRM Project
Experience : Experience in Green field / brown field project, particularly from Metal/Heavy Engineering industry

Designation : Civil Head - Operational Units
Unit : All Units
Qualification : B.E Civil
Experience : 15 – 20 yrs
CTC Band : 10 – 12 Lacs PA
Role : To Manage all the Civil maintenance activities of the existing plants
Experience : Should have experience in Metal/Heavy Engineering industry as a Civil Maintenance incharge

Designation : Sr. Manager – Civil
Unit : All Units
Qualification : B.E. Civil or Dip. Civil
Experience : 8 – 12 yrs
CTC Band : 5 to 8 Lacs PA
Role : To support the Head of Civil on all the maintenance & repair works
Experience : Should have experience in Metal/Heavy Engineering industry in Civil Maintenance activities

Designation : Tool Procurement
Unit : Fastener
Qualification : B.E. Mechanical or Dip. Mechanical
Experience : 10 – 15 yrs
CTC Band : 5 to 8 Lacs PA
Role : To handle the tool procurement activities of Fastener
Experience : Should have experience in fastener/forging related industry

Designation : GM - Project Procurement
Unit : Purchase
Qualification : B.E. Mechanical with PG Course
Experience : 12 to 15 yrs

Role : To manage the complete project procurement function
Experience : Should have experience in Project Purchase activities particularly from Steel Industry

Role : To purchase all the electrical spares and consumables required to run the plant

Role : To manage the operational part of the rolling mill
Experience : Experience in structural steel rolling mill.

Designation : Production Head
Unit : Forging
Qualification : B.E. Mechanical/Production or Diploma Mechanical/Production
Experience : 8 – 12 yrs
CTC Band : 6 to 8 Lacs PA
Role : To manage the operational part of the forging unit
Experience : Should have handled the operational part of Forging unit.

Designation : Maintenance Head
Unit : VSL Wire
Qualification : B.E. Mechanical or Diploma Mechanical
Experience : 6 – 9 yrs
CTC Band : 6 to 8 Lacs PA
Role : To handle the complete maintenance activities of the VSL Wires unit
Experience : experience in steel rolling mill

Designation : Roll Shop Head
Unit : WRM
Qualification : B.E. Mechanical/ Diploma Mechanical
Experience : 8 – 10 yrs
CTC Band : 5 to 7 Lacs PA
Role : To run the complete roll shop operations of WRM unit
Experience : Should have handled roll shop of operations of Long Product industry

Designation : Fastener Head
Unit : Fastener
Qualification : Engineering Graduate
Experience : Minimum 20 Years
CTC Band : Negotiable
Role : To manage the entire operations of the fastener.
Experience : Should have managed the operations of the fastener unit as as Head of the Unit

Designation : Software Engineer
Unit : 2500 T Press
Qualification : Any Engineering Graduate
Experience : 5 – 8 yrs
CTC Band : 5 to 7 Lacs PA
Role : To manage the issues related to software progamme
Experience : Experience in Siemens PLC Programmes and Operation of Press and Manipulator in the forge shop.
