An ideal candidate should have around 4+ years of professional experience with strong skills on, 

ESRI GIS Skills: 

* Enterprise solutions with ESRI ArcGIS Desktop / Server 9.x / 10.x 
* ESRI ArcGIS Server APIs for Microsoft .net, Microsoft Silverlight, JavaScript, Adobe Flex
* Experience with Enterprise Integration with other sub-system (Nice to have) 
* ArcGIS Desktop Add-ons development / server extensions (Nice to have) 
* Web ADF for ArcGIS Server (Optional) 
* Well-versed with installation and handling server management operations for ArcGIS server 

Programming Skills: 

* Strong .NET exposure and experience for Microsoft .NET 3.5/4 
* ASP.NET 4, AJAX, JavaScript 
* Microsoft WCF / RIA domain services 
* Good at Microsoft Silverlight 4 / 5 
* Microsoft Entities Framework 4 
* Microsoft Prism 4 (Nice to have) 
* Python 2.6 (Nice to have) 
* dojo Framework (Nice to have) 

Team Lead Skills: 

* Enterprise Solutions Pattersn - ASP.NET MVC 3, Silverlight MVVM, Known GOF patterns 
* Able to derive solution with high level / low level designs, and convince the client about technical aspects of the solution. 
* Ability to handle multiple projects 
* Strong communications skills with direct facing abilities to client 
* Ability to work under Agile / Extreme Programming
