SUPERVISOR (BUNDLE PULLING)
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering Minimum 10 years experience as tube bundle pulling and lifting supervisor.Skills: Multi skill in the field of turn around shut down project in petrochemical industries / oil and gas
Job Description: Coordinate and manage inspection, certification for site equipment and personnel training inspection of load testing, lifting gear. Planning, prepare all rigging and lifting gear to be used, provide directional guidance to crane operator in removing, installing of tube bundle, flat form, structure etc.
HEAT EXCHANGER TECH./FAB.
Qualification: Technical School Graduate or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience in oil refinery as heat exchanger fabricator / technician. Able to operate lathe machines, milling machines and interpret shop drawing and execute.
Job Description:Should have thorough knowledge of fabrication/repair and complete re-tubing of heat exchanger with minimum supervision. To perform tube expansion and execute calculation expansion ratio required as per TEMA standard. Should be able to perform tube sheet drilling, drawing analysis and exchanger assembly. To fabricate / repair heat exchanger as per TEMA/ASME standard with minimum supervision. To execute tube pulling, tube sheet hole grooving, hydro testing and mathematics shop calculation.
PLANT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Graduate Minimum experience of 5 6 years electro-mechanical maintenance Operation Management Skills and thorough knowledge in Electronics & Mechanical
Job Description:Responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair of all machineries and equipments in safe and efficient manner in neat and timely manner
MECHANICAL DESIGNER
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience: 6 years experience design consultancy of process equipments in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries. Strong technical knowledge related to ASME Sec VIII Div I & Div II standards essential
To serve as Design Engineer and will be responsible for designing of building heat exchangers, vessels & boiler system, include development of tasks such as performing load calculation, thermodynamics, cost estimate and reviewing specifications/compliance to engineering practice and procedures.
