Job Resposibilties Of Tecp sales department in responding to enquiry for technical point of view .
· Make estimation for the enquiry if required .
· Solving all technical queries related to enquiry .
· Approve all drawings ,design made by the design dept.
· Guide the production dept. in all technical matters.
· Carry out in-process inspection of Raw material ,production quality .
· Ensure third party inspection happens smoothly.
· Carry out internal Quality audits of Production ,stores .
· Ensure quality check at vendor premises are carried out.
· Get Mumbai office ISO 9001certified.
· Develop vendor of good quality standards.
· Help products to optimize the efficiency of working.
· Make procedures for the manufacturing of valve and fittings component.
· Take corrective and preventive actions where required in, design to dispatch and incorporate the same to make a standard procedure.
· Meet company Targets.
· DTR Documentation.
· Quality approvals from customer.(QAP etc.)
Educational Qualifications : A BE/BTech or diploma with 15 yrs exp .
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Should be preferably from the valve industry/ from a fittings/ machining manufacturing industry with experience of 8-10 years.
Should have led a team of about 20-25 people
Should be a Team leader, a self starter and a high motivator.
Should be conversant with UT, MPT, ASNT Level_II, RT.
Should be conversant with all ASMR standards.
Should be well networked with the vendors in the manufacturing industry.
Should have sound knowledge of manufacturing of valves, fittings, and other machining of components.
Remuneration : Would not be a constraint for the right candidate.
