Position:Senior GIS expert

Essential Skills :
Solid knowledge of commercial GIS platforms, such as ESRI ArcGIS and ArcSDE, MapInfo Professional,
ERDAS Imagine and Safe Software FME.
- Knowlegde of FOSS GIS software such as Minnesota Map Server, Geoserver
and GRASS
- Knowledge of spatial databases such as Oracle Spatial and PostGIS.
- Knowledge of OGC web services, such as WMS, WFS, WCS and WPS
- Programming languages: Java, PHP, Javascript
- Knowlegde of web-based GIS technologies such as OpenLayers, Google maps API
- Operating systems: Linux and Windows
- Good communication skills;
he needs to be able to coach and transfer his knowledge to his team members
