Opening in Coal Based Power Plant

1. Experienced Mechanical (8 to 12 years experience) competent to handle BOP packages including CW system, Water treatment, Condensate polishing in a Power Plant for tendering.

Mechanical Engineering Graduate with experience in Power plants for process, system design and engineering of Cooling water system - Main, Auxiliary and Closed cooling water system.
This shall include engineering for Main Cooling Water Pumps, Pump station and intake design, CCW Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Water Box evacuation equipment, Debris filter, Travelling screens.
This shall also include water treatment plant and condensate polishing plant.
The engineer will be responsible for Preparation of Design concepts, Technical Specification, Evaluation of offers and detailed engg review of Supplier documentation.
The engineer should be conversant with relevant international codes/standards and industry practices.

2. Experienced Mechanical Engineer (minimum 8 years of experience desired) competent to handle process engineering in Steam Power Plant specially PFDs, System description and P & I Ds for tendering.

Mechanical Engineering Graduate with minimum 8 years experience in Process and system design of Water Steam Cycle Process.
The engineer will be responsible for preparing PIDs, System Descriptions, Operation concepts, Logic Diagrams for DCS, Signal Exchange Lists.
The engineer should be familiar with design rules for sizing calculations/selection of pumps/heat exchangers/equipment/piping and control valves.
Should be familiar with Heat Balances and Water Steam Cycle for Thermal Plants.
