Position : Lead Engineer - Mechanical Integrity (Gas / Steam Turbine)
Experience : 3 to 9 Years
Qualification : BE/B-Tech (Mechanical, Production)
Location : Noida (Delhi NCR)
Salary : Best in Industry

Experience:

Responsibilities-

Mainly responsible for performing finite element analysis on various Cmponents of steam turbine / gas turbine
for the retrofit and new equipment business application. Main activities are:-

1.Casing and rotor analysis
2. Elastic for steady and transient condition
3. Creep and plasticity calculation for staedy load
4. Fracture analysis


Rotor Dynamics

Dynamics analysis of rotor shaft lines for

- Lateral vibrational analysis
- Torsional vibrational analysis
- Unbalance and stability of rotor
-Fracture analysis
-Defend the design in the relevant design reviews.

Relevant Experience- Experience in analysis on steam turbine or gas Turbine components.


SOFTWAREWARE SKILLS

1. Familarity with steam turbine design and working principles, including auxillary systems.
2. Familarity with modern engineering tools,norms and design rules.
3.Experience in FE calculations of turbo machinery components.
4. Knowledge of abaqus/ ansys or any other commercial analysis software.
5.Effective planning, organisation and presentation skills..
