Installation Manager- Lebanon+Few visits to IRAQ
Mechanical/Civil/Industrial Engineering
Min 2 yrs of exp in a related field, preferably in manufacturing.
Few Visits to Iraq (6-10visits/year for max 1 week each visit)
Basic : 1800-2200$+ Transportation 8000LL/Day +Bonus
Working days: M-F
Working hours: 8:30-5:00pm
Duties
Test and inspect samples prior to purchase of new material
Test incoming material specifications when required
Ongoing control of the identification and traceability procedures
Issue orders for the installation of new panels
Prepare equipment calibration records, schedule calibration and maintain records of the process
Initiate NCMR and coordinate disposition of non-conforming material
Ensure regular technical data collection, analysis and statistics
Supervise and monitor remotely and on site then installation of Billboard in Iraq
Calculate, analyze and ensure regular cost control related to expenses and raw materials pertaining to the installation of panels
Supervise the work of the controllers
Manage and control inventory and stock movement of the warehouses in Iraq
Supervise the manufacturing of panels
Prepare, organize and follow up the maintenance program

BS-Civil engineering
Min 3 yrs of exp.
1500-2100$ +Transportation+ Phone +Bonus

Working days: M-F
Working Hours: 7:30-5pm
• Manage the Installation department, and coordinate products delivery.
• Review the production order submitted by the sales department.
• Control finished products quality and conformity to client approved shop drawing.
• Supervise the installation & delivery section, and/or installation of the products.
• Supervise the workshop team and support them when clarification and details are needed.
• Ensure control on the manufactured products upon completion.
• Meet on a weekly basis with the salesmen to discuss different production alternatives.
• Ensure Weekly Meetings with the general manager in order to follow up on ongoing projects.
• Responsible for the technical relation with the principles.
• Control the activity and the good work of delivery and installation section.
• Setting daily work schedules for the team and following up on the attendance.
