Qualification: B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) / MTech (Structures) Pipe Support Engineers (Job Code: PSE): 8 to 10 years of experience in pipe support and pipe support frame calculations and support positioning for non-critical lines in the Oil and Gas domain. Experience in 3-D modeling in PDMS/ MDS software is required. Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) Instrumentation Engineers (Job Code- IEFG): 5 to 10 years of instrumentation and controls detail engineering experience in Oil and Gas domain (either offshore or onshore), having good knowledge on various applicable standards. Control system engineering and commissioning experience will be an added advantage. Qualification: B.Tech (Instrumentation & Control/ Electrical/ Electronics) NUCLEAR POWER Pipe Stress Engineers (Job Code - PSTE): 2 to 5 years of experience in power plant pipe stress analysis, with good knowledge on piping standards ASME B31.1 and proficient in analysis tools like CAESAR II or any equivalent tool. Responsibilities include review of isometrics, design, validation and documentation of pipes and selection of pipe supports. Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND TRANSPORTATION Pro E Engineers (Job Code-PROE): 2 to 6 years of experience in modeling and detailing using part/ sheet metal/ assembly/ surface/ pro-cabling/ pro-piping. Sound knowledge on Large assembly management, castings, forgings, plastics, welding, light/ Heavy fabrications, engine installation/ packaging, cable routing/wire harness, connector modeling, and ASME and GD&T is required. Wind-chill and PLM/ PDM knowledge will be preferred. Qualification: Diploma (Minimum of 4 years’ experience)/ BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Catia V5 Engineers (Job Code-CATIA): 3 to 6 years of experience in various design activities like product design, detail design, engineering changes, design modifications and manufacturing drawings creation. Experience in Rail/ Automotive/ Aerospace domain and PLM tools (ENOVIA, Teamcenter etc.) would be an added advantage. Qualification: Diploma (CITD/NTTF) / B.Tech (Mechanical) CONSUMER PRODUCTS Product Design Engineers (Job Code – PDE): 4 to 8 years of experience in Modeling and Detailing. Good understanding of BOM configurations with basic engineering. Exposure to Production Machinery, Consumer Products with Manufacturing environment. Experience in R&D with Product life cycle knowledge. Knowledge of ASME drafting standards and Practices. Domain Knowledge: Product design, Plastics and Mold design Software Tool: Unigraphics Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical) AEROSPACE Structural Analysis Engineers / Leads (Job Code-SAE): 3 to 8 years of experience in Finite Element modeling and analysis of gas turbine engines or aircraft electrical systems using ANSYS / NASTRAN / Hypermesh.
