PIPING DESIGNERS / ENGINEERS
1)2 Nos Senior Piping Engineer- Good Knowledge of piping layout and
able to produce plot plan for FEED of refinery or petrochemical
project. Material take off skill for FEED project.Exp 12 to 15 years.
Chevron Project exp will be an advantage. Qualification Bachelor of
Mechanical Engineer Degree.
2) 3 Nos Senior Piping Designer- Good knowledge of piping Layout using
PDS 3D tool and able to produce plot plan for FEED project. Material
take of skill for FEED Project. Chevron Project exp will be an
advantage. Exp 15 to 20 yrs.
3)2 Nos Piping Designer Knowledge piping layout using autocad and
microstation 2D software and able to produce plotplan piping layout of
Tankage projects.Material take of skill for FEED project. Exp 15 to 20
years. Vopac Exp will be an advantage.
4)1 No Senior Piping Engineer-Good Knowledge of Piping layout and able
to produce plot plan and piping GA using PDS 3D for of refinery or
petrochemical project.Exp 12 to 15 years. Qualification Bachelor of
Mechanical Engineer Degree.
Instrument Designers / Engineers
· 5)2 No’s Diploma in Instrumentation & Control
· Min 10-15 years design experience in petrochemical /chemical/
pharmaceutical or related industry
· Knowledge of PDS (3D) is a Must, Auto Plant 3D, AutoCAD,
Intergraph, Microstation and Intools.
· Familiar with both International and Local Codes & Standards
· Knowledge of Intools, MS Access Databases is essential
· Able to function independently but also in a project team
· Pro-active co-operating, able to communicate direct and open and
flexible.

Senior Instrument & Controls Engineer / Singapore
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Prepare & issue Project Specification for DCS, ESD, BMS and PLC systems.
· Review and approve instrument Index / DCS/ESD/PLC I/O Lists
· Cable schedule, Interconnection wiring drawings, Termination
drawings, Junction box schedule, Instrument Hook-up drawings, Material
Take off.
· Prepare, Review and approve instrument data sheets such as
Control valve, On-Off Valves, other field instruments etc.
· Review and approve Block diagrams, Control / Rack room layout,
Cable route, instrument location plan, Loop drawings.
· Prepare & issue Specification for Instrument cables, Junction
boxes, Instrument Installation scope.
· Verify the calculations for the orifice plate bore, control
valve Cv, and PSV’s, etc.
· Prepare, Review & approve Cause & Effect diagram and Logic
diagrams. Review and approve all the vendor documents for DCS/
ESD/BMS/PLC systems, Instruments and also for Package equipments.
· Prepare and issue Material Requisition for all instruments,
carry out Technical Bid Evaluation.
· Ensure to adherence of Quality Management System, establish and
follow Jacobs QA plans. Review of P&ID’s, Isometric drawings and 3-D
modelling.
Profile
· Bachelor or Master Engineering degree in Instrumentation & Control
· Min 12 – 15 years design experience in petrochemical /chemical/
pharmaceutical or related industry
· Familiar with both International and Local Codes & Standards
· Familiar with ExxonMobil, Shell DEP’s and Chevron Standards
· Knowledge of Intools, MS Access Databases is essential
· Able to function independently but also in a project team
