Job Responsibility 




Troubleshoots and solves day-to-day problems related to Computer Aided Drafting and Design/Plant Design applications. 

Acts as a primary contact person for CAD application support. 

Responsible for the support of all CAD System software. This includes Microstation, AutoCAD, PDS, SP3D, SPPID, SPI and other CAD related software. 

Interfaces with the various design groups for Plant Design project creation, programming requirements, material specification generation, interference detection, drawing creation, drawing extraction and model review. 

Installation, configuration and customization of CAD applications. 

Performs CAD application training and demonstrations. 

Generation of Oracle databases for their application. 

Support Bentley Projectwise

Follows all applicable ISO9001 procedures and practices. 

Knowledge of PDS




Project Setup 

Workshare setup and Management

Creating project areas and models

Drawing Manager Setup

Orthogen Setup

ISOGEN customization & Trouble shooting 

SPR support

Maintain Back-up, Archival 

Interference Check 

RDB Management

Piping Materials Specification

EDEN Programming

Report Management of Project

MDP 

Oracle Database Management

Maintain and Load PDS Licenses
