Experience: 6-9 yrs
Mandatory skills:
Should have good experience on
Design and Deployment of Frameworks for Processes,
Governance / Audits, Consulting and Metrics Program based on Industry Best Practices
Leading & driving all the activities related to CMMI implementation & appraisals
Coordinating process improvement initiatives
Planning & conducting project audits for checking process compliance
Metric analysis and PCB releases
Guiding to organization level Defect prevention group
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have strong passion towards a technical career path
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast changing environment
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong debugging/diagnostic and analytical skills
Should have demonstrated skills in leading teams
Qualifications: BTech/ BE / Mtech / ME / MCA / MSc
