Job Location - Mumbai
Experience - 6-9 years relevant Piping Design & Detail Engineering experience,
mostly in the field of Oil & Gas / Refinery/Petrochemical/
with large EPC companies or Engineering Consulting organizations.
Qualification and Knowledge
Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering from Indian University (UGC approved) or from Overseas University.
KEY ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES :
Perform the following tasks independantly / with minimum guidance :
1.Prepare Layout drawings independently.
2. Lead Engineer of medium-sized project.
3. Responsible for coordination with other disciplines.
4. Control of manhours.
5. Responsible for quality of deliverables.
6. Directly supervises Engineers, Cad-operators & PDS-operators.
REQUIRED KEY SKILLS :
1. Proficiency in design of piping layouts for process plants.
2. Proficiency in understanding 3D-PDS.
3. Should have capacity to work as an Area Lead i.e. supervised/handled 20,000-40,000 manhours on an individual project.
4. Computer Applications: Windows operating systems.
5. Knowledge of statutory rules / regulations e.g. CCOE, OISD, etc. is essential
6. Working as per the quality and safety requirement standards
7. Adopting a flexible and open approach towards the needs of projects.
