Job Description:
1# Ensure implementation Asian Paints Safety Manual.
2# Ensure effective control of injuries at the plant.
3# Facilitate the conduct Risk Assessment, HAZOP, JSA studies.
4# Advise General Works Manager on all Safety matters.
5# Liaison with Inspectorate of Factories and Certifying Surgeon.
6# Build safety capability of employees.
7# Improve safety infrastructure and practices.
8# Ensure prevention and protection against fires.
9# Advise on procurement to engineering stores.
10# Facilitate safety promotion and safety culture.
11# Ensure investigation of safety incidents and implementation of CAPA.
12# Facilitate Safety Committees.
13# Consult and advise other departments on safety matters.
